After months of serious dialogue with Women's Voices for the Earth, SC Johnson has made a major commitment to its consumers.

On March 12, 2009 SC Johnson announced that starting immediately, they will begin disclosing ALL of the ingredients they use in their products, including dyes, preservatives, and fragrance.

SCJwebsite Information is available right now on their new website www.whatsinsidescjohnson.com

By 2012, all of the information will be available on their website, through a toll-free number, and on the product labels. Ingredient information will also be available in Spanish on their website and through the company's toll-free number.

In addition, SC Johnson will be removing all phthalates from their products!  Phthalates, which carry fragrances in these products, can aggravate asthma and are linked to reproductive harm.
